There is a proud tradition of music in Our Lady’s School. A variety of musical experiences will be offered to all pupils in their time in our school.

At Christmas, we hold our annual carol service in the local church, we join with all other local schools to sing at the Turning on the Christmas Lights Festival in Rathdrum and many of our classes participate in The Arklow Music Festival.

At present we are working with Patrick and Robbie from Music Generation. Patrick is teaching rhythm and musical ability to our junior classes while Robbie is teaching Bodhran to some of our older classes.

Tin Whistle is taught through the Gaisce Project.

After school every Monday, we facilitate piano lessons through Creative Keyboards.
